That’s our last 12 years in a nut shell. Or should we say coffee bean.
My wife, Samantha, and I own and operate Hit n Run Coffee Shop & Roastery. Samantha does all the behind the scenes work and when I’m not roasting coffee you’ll find me behind the 3 Group La Marzocco coffee machine making yours.
Starting Hit n Run Coffee Shop & Roastery didn’t come easy but the drama of trying to get a Certificate of Occupancy on Christmas Eve 2012 quickly passed and with a passion for roasting coffee, and a little help from our wonderful customers, we soon outgrew our 1kg coffee roaster, then our 2kg coffee roaster until finally we went for the big one…the 15kg roaster!

It’s fascinating that such a tiny bean has the ability to impact so many people in all walks of life. We are constantly adding to our knowledge of coffee and roasting through study and experimentation.
Selecting, roasting and preparing great coffee to share with others is what gives us the most pleasure.
After winning several awards, bronze and silver, like all athletes, we are striving for perfection…GOLD
